How long does my order take to ship?

Once your order has been received, it will be packed & shipped within 2 business days. Depending on the delivery method chosen, Australia Post standard or express, you should receive your order within 3 to 12 business days.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At present we only ship within Australia.

What is your return policy? 

All items purchased from Crystal Ambitions are carefully packed with love and care. Each item is checked over before being packaged and sent to our customers. However, regretfully from time to time your items may be damaged during transit.

If this does happen, please email  mel@crystalambitions.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Please include a photo of the damaged item/s, along with a description of the damage.

Store credits/Refunds will be issued at the discretion of Crystal Ambitions.
